Wear appropriate outdoor clothing Weds 21st October 8 pm "Science and Nature" Quiz Night No prizes just the fun of taking part
Weds 18th November 8 pm The Birds of Southeast Australia – an illustrated talk by Simon Taylor.
Weds 16th December 7.30 for 8 pm Winter Social at Fiddlesticks, 44 Strawberry Lane, Tolleshunt Knights CO5 0RX bring something to eat or drink to contribute to a communal buffet.The evening will include a short committee meeting.
Weds 20th January 2016 8 pm “Bees and Beekeeping”. Anthony Stark, a local apiarist from White Notley, speaks about his hobby.
Weds 17th February 2016 8 pm “Glowworms”, a talk by Dr. Tim Gardiner, co-ordinator of the Essex Glowworm survey. Tim will also be reading some of his nature-themed poetry.
Weds 16th March 2016 8 pm “The Butterflies and Moths of Witham” with local lepidopterist Richard Gerussi. N.B. Some details may change.
